I’ve been thoroughly impressed with my results using Michael Todd Sonicsmooth device. I had placed an order but after close to 2 weeks I still had not received. I reached out to customer service and they discovered the package was lost in transit. They immediately sent out a replacement order which I received within the week.

Product did what it said it would do and there was a helpful video on how to do it correctly. I have menopause facial hair and do not like waxing as it tears my skin. This product works great. My wand and base unit would not charge after I got it, but the unit was charged upon arrival. I contacted Michael Todd Beauty via email and received a replacement in a timely fashion. I would recommend this product.
