Buying a ring can and probably will be one of the most overwhelming purchases a man will ever make. Worrying about her taste, the size of the ring and the stone. But with Mia Donna that's not a problem because they're there to walk you through every step with you if you need them. I shopped around to all of my local Jewelers knowing the style of ring I was looking for and no one could match what I had in mind. I came across an online advertisement and decided Id look and man am I happy I did. I picked out the Petals ring and it is as beautiful in person as I hoped it would be. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. The local shop that sized my fiancée's finger sized her a little too big. When we sent it back for resizing they noticed a small scuff that happened somewhere in the early days she wore t and fixed it without questions. Really, really, really was without a doubt a awesome experience through and through with Mia Donna making it all possible.

The hardest part of the purchase process was to actually pick what awesome design to actually buy. I was able to finally narrow it down to 3 and did the ever trusting "Einey, Meney, Miney, Moe," and I settled for the 2 ct. Zenia Diamond Hybrid Round Solitaire with 14kt white gold. Originally, I was going to propose to her in Hawaii on 9/5, however, we have a sick family member and moved up the wedding to accommodate that member. I needed the ring super fast, and was able to get it with the help of a couple of great ladies for MiaDonna. My wife and I got married on 8/1 and the ring was envied by all. Thank you so much for the beautiful ring. We will be shopping again for more items in the future.

I believe that more companies such as Mia Donna should exist. Their entire operation puts people first and is the epitome of responsible business. My engagement ring is more than I could've ever dreamed thanks to Mia Donna.

Buying a diamond is not an easy task, there's so many physical stores or websites around. After looking at a couple of reviews about Miadonna, I was immediately drawn to the whole clean-diamond thing. The product I ordered is really amazing, everybody gave compliments! Dealing with the Mia Donna was a grear experience, i love that the staff were avaliable for us even though we are based in Australia. The shipping process was fast however, as the customs form was emailed to us, rather than posted with the item we had to wait as the item was sent back to customs to be reprocessed with the form and then pay an additional $130 service fee for sending it back, so in the end we saved no money on customs. Please ensure you post a hard copy of the customs form with the item for future Australian clients! Other than that, the ring is perfect! Ben proposed a few days after it arrived and the ring is stunning. I dreamed about getting this ring for over a year and now i have it, i could not be happier! Thank you all so much!

The quality of the diamond ring I ordered was amazing. My (now) fiance loved everything about it. It is her dream ring. The service I received was top notch. Very prompt. Great folks to deal with. The only downside to the whole process came recently. I ordered the ring in November 2014. Just a few weeks ago (June 2015) the stone came loose from the setting and the ring needed to be sent in. All told the shipping both ways, with proper insurance, ran me $75. That's the negative of ordering online; no local repair option. Even with that, I would recommend Miadonna to anyone.
