So yes, my fiance and I absolutely love her new engagement ring. It is so beautiful that we both stare at it all the time. But there has to be a process and story behind getting anything of significance and in this case it is the amazing Shelby and the ring designers at Miadonna. I had a few questions about the selection and payment process and Shelby was so quick to help me each time. And when we needed the ring to be resized the process to have this done was friendly, fast and comforting.

Had some trouble with a custom order but the customer service is the best I’ve ever had. They took care of everything no questions asked. I wish more companies were like these wonderful people

I had a great experience with Miadonna. Especially compared to other places in Portland, Miadonna went above and beyond. I went in looking for an ethical, affordable engagement ring and Miadonna had an incredible selection. I got to build the perfect, one of a kind ring my fiancée had always wanted. But most importantly it was the most normal thing in the world that I was a woman who wanted to propose to her same sex partner. Everybody was incredibly supportive and treated me the same way they would treat a straight partner. This isn’t something I take for granted as other jewelers in the area did not take this without missing a beat. I’m so glad I got to get the ring from Miadonna, I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Well done MiaDonna team! Fast and quick build and shipping with great communication all along! The basket drop earrings are absolutely beautiful, I would think these settings would work well with many sizes of lab created diamonds and diamond hybrid simulants. We chose .42 and .44 carot oval shaped diamonds, which appear much larger than their carot weight being oval. The settings seem to have a quality mechanism and I liked all the gold choices for them. Also the military discount was an amazing surprise!

The ring I ordered was too big. Hence, I have it resized via costumer service chat. Shelby was super helpful and she responded and addressed my request efficiently.

My husband and I were engaged in December 2016. At the time, he purchased me just the Petals engagement ring and we got matching wooden wedding bands. Fast forward 4 years - his ring has fallen apart and we got him a set of really nice silicone ones. Mine was still hanging in, but starting to crack and show its age. I was a little concerned that my engagement ring might have aged some, but after cleaning it, they sparkle together and look like the perfect pair. I am so thrilled!

That the company has a very high Better Business Bureau rating lends immense credence to this. My first experience with Mia Donna occurred a couple years ago when I purchased a Melanie style ring mounting I'd seen on its well-designed and informative website; it was exactly what I had been looking for. At the time, I opted for a 2.5 ct princess cut diamond hybrid as the center stone. The sale went very smoothly, the ring arrived promptly, the mounting and workmanship were excellent, and the stone was fantastic; I wore the ring proudly and received lots of compliments. Recently, I decided I'd like to upgrade the hybrid stone to a lab diamond. Well aware, with all the lab diamond options available, that I needed some expert guidance to find the best quality stone for my ring, while at the same time staying within my budget, I reached out to Mia Donna's sales manager, Justine Elliot. From the very beginning, Justine was excited for me and eager to make this a pleasant experience. I can attest to the fact that she's very good at her job, putting customers first, ensuring they're happy, comfortable and satisfied. Justine promptly returned all my emails and messages, willingly shared her vast knowledge, expertly answered my numerous questions and addressed any concerns I had. And it was an added bonus when she told me that Mia Donna would buy back my hybrid stone, crediting its original cost toward that of my new one. Ms. Elliot researched potential stones, professionally viewed them in person, sent me their photos and gave honest opinions as to the 4 Cs, their merits or lack thereof. I got quite an education in the process. There was no pressure, there was no stress. After much comparison and discussion, we both agreed on the perfect stone for me. Payment was accomplished smoothly, a new head was ordered for the mounting, the diamond was set, ring was quality inspected, packaged and shipped via UPS 2-day delivery - at no charge to me. The stone is even more beautiful in person; it sparkles like crazy and is absolutely mesmerizing. I love the way the ring looks on my finger, and I have had a hard time taking my eyes off it. Great support through a semi-complicated process! I ordered a ring for my wife, but she wanted to make adjustments. Throughout the process of the original order, the subsequent try-on kit, and creating a new custom setting with the original stone, MiaDonna was incredibly helpful, patient and communicative.
