Customer for life!
I absolutely cannot recommend Mia Donna enough! The style, the quality and the shopping experience were all 5 star. I get so many compliments on my ring, and I light up when I get to tell others about Mia Donna. Further, a B Corp score over 90 is something to be celebrated! I am a customer for life.

Buying a diamond is not an easy task
Buying a diamond is not an easy task, there's so many physical stores or websites around. After looking at a couple of reviews about Miadonna, I was immediately drawn. The product I ordered is really amazing, everybody gave compliments! Also, the customer service is great and accommodating.

My fiance's band was perfect as ordered and came much quicker than estimated. I was looking for an ethically-sourced band and wondering if I would have to sacrifice customer service for a product I could feel good about. So happy to have found both in MiaDonna!

Long time follower, 1st time purchaser
I've been following Miadonna for many years online and they were my very first consideration for the purchase of an engagement ring. Despite a few bumps in the road of my first purchase journey, I am completely satisfied with it's conclusion.

Sent the wrong size rings so nothing was even able to try
Response from MiaDonnaSep 23, 2021
Hello Crysta, I am so sorry you were unhappy with your Home Try On. We are unable to offer all of our Home Try On rings in every ring size or with different sized center stones as we just could not afford to offer this or have that much inventory. We generally make the rings ranging from a 5-7 as these are the most popular sizes so sadly anything smaller or larger than that we are unable to accommodate. I hope you were able to get a better idea of how the rings looked having them in person.

Everything was PERFECT
Everything was PERFECT. I got a champagne sapphire and it is just beyond gorgeous! I also absolutely love the fact that this company is just as focused on making an impact on the world and their fellow humans as they are at creating gorgeous pieces of art for people to wear and share. LOVE.
