Éviter ce wallet, j'ai perdu pas mal de cryptos et ils ne vous aideront pas si ça arrive.

I used their platform to transfer funds to buy an NFT, and waited and waited and waited for the funds the arrive to my account. They don’t have a phone number, so I couldn’t get any real help. But I entered their chat service for assistance to find out that money was stolen from my account, wiped clean, and they did not care one bit or offer any assistance or next steps. When I asked who to report this to and how to get my money back or the next steps, the agent exited the chat. I will never do business with them again, or their WYRE transfer service through their site. The trust is completely gone. If they are doing monetary transactions and holding peoples’ money, they should have top level security like online banking, and hold some sort of responsibility.

Never signed up to an account yet kept getting emails relating to a restriction on my account. Contacted through twitter to ask about this to get the most basic replies. Not even fully written message. Told them I want to formally submit a subject Access Request for what information they have relating to my email to be told they can not do that... I have emailed in the request yet highly doubt I'll hear anything...

Also zu aller erst mal, muss man den Kundendienst von Metamask echt loben. Hatte heute ein langes ausführliches Gespräch. Laut Cryptovoucher wurde die Transaktion korrekt durchgführt, aber komischerweise ist sie nie bei Metamask angekommen. Komischerweis kam beim Datenabgleich trotz richtiger angabe meiner Walletadresse, eine ganz andere Adresse in der Blockchain vor. Bin mir nicht Sicher was da jetzt fackt ist, da ich nicht über einen schlecht gesicherten Rechner online gehe, hatte auch bis Dato noch keine Viren oder ähnliches drauf. Ich möcht mal wage behaupten, dass da n haufen Entwicklerprobleme seitens Metamask vorliegen und die ein Sicherheits bzw. teilweise mit Bugs gezeichnetes Programm hier haben. Die machen ja im Grunde genommen nichts falsches mit ihrer Wallet, aber das ist noch lange, bis die richtig sicher ist. Also so kurz vor der Invasion der Russen, würde ich eh nix mehr auf eine Softwarewallet tun, da wir ja quasi Freiwild für Putins Hacker geworden sind. Also ich rate jedem, der mit Digitalisierung Sicher in die Zukunft will, eine Hardwarewallet sich zuzulegen. Das werde ich auf jeden Fall auch. Wie gesagt, nichts gegen Metamask, bin Gott Froh, dass es bei mir kein Hoher Betrag war, aber Sicherheit wird anderst geschrieben. Mal sehen was der technische Support mir dann antwortet bzw. ob überhaupt n Hack vorlag. Ansonsten wie gesagt, der technische Kundendienst hat hervorragend gearbeitet und super Recherche mitunter bekomme ich Bescheid. Udate folgt noch.
