What terrible customer service. I spent $95 on a pair of nice, good looking shoes but unfortunately ordered a half size too small. I filled out an inquiry and it took them 8 days to respond. Forget reaching them by phone or even the online chat. I’m so frustrated I totally regret involving my money with this company. My problem remains unresolved. Pathetic.

Merrell Chameleon Gortex boots started leaking badly after 8 months light dog walking. Very poor for £130 boots. Return policy only lasts 30 days which shows u how much confidence they have in them. AVOID.

EDIT: turns out the squeaky wheel does get the grease. Shoes acquired, contact established, though I get the feeling they wouldn’t have reached out without me publicly complaining. The shoes are great, sizing is consistent and comfortable. Just order from a third party vendor.

Via de lokale sportwinkel anderhalfjaar geleden wandelschoenen type VEGO MID LTR WP gekocht. Enkele weken geleden ontdekte ik dat een naad kapot was, helaas van binnenuit niet te repareren. Na contact van de winkelier met Merrell kreeg ik een tegoedbon ter hoogte van de helft van het aankoopbedrag aangeboden. Hier was ik al zeer tevreden over. Echter tot mijn verbazing belde de winkelier vanochtend op met de mededeling dat ik een paar nieuwe schoenen kon ophalen. Ik ben echt verrast en logischerwijs Merrell zeer erkentelijk voor deze superservice!

Save your money & do not purchase Merrell boots, I purchased a pair of Merrell MOAB boots for $270 aus dollars, well they barely lasted 2 years, the sole started disintegrating & when I got in touch with Merrell they said more or less that it’s wear n tear & too bad. I previously wore Original Swat boots (security) which the last pair lasted 5 years & they are half the price of Merrells. Am definitely going to tell everybody in the industry to stay away from this faulty product. Lesson learnt

Bought a pair of Merrell that is advertised as waterproof. It leaked from the bottom.... I gave them a 1 star review on Trustpilot. Contacted them via their website and got a brand new pair within a week.
