1. I ordered some boots that were shown in the women section. After reading some reviews, I realized they are actually men's shoes and needed to change the size ordered. (Maybe make it explicitly known they are men's or don't show them in the women section? 2. Customer service cannot change the order, and I must return them. Ok, no big deal. I cannot cancel the order and have to return them. 3. Cant return to a physical store location and must send them back through the mail (includes a $5 charge...) 4. Now I have to wait until the wrong pair comes in and then send them back. I do not recommend ordering online unless you know exactly what you are getting. Be on the lookout for whether or not the shoes are truly womens or men's...

I have two pairs of merrell. Continuum and Moab gtx. Continuum i bought 4 years ago i dont use them to often few times in year but they already broken on top, realy rubbish. Moab's i bought 2 years ago for 1month trip. After that they falling apart. I will never buy merrell again. They cheap not worth money.

Wouldn’t waste your time, they are so poorly built. Coming apart and leaking in no time. Would never buy again.

I had a problem with a pair of hiking boots that fell apart just after the one year guarantee, but after little use. I contacted Merrell directly, who responded briskly, were really helpful and replaced the boots. My confidence in my favourite brand of boots and sandals is restored!

Was initially really pleased with comfort and performance of my Merrell walking/running/waterproof shoes but less than a year in and they are falling apart... I didn’t wear them in the winter as I have another brand I wore! 60 day warranty is a waste of time, should shoes not last more than 2 months?? After reading many many reviews since having this problem I can only say... Don’t waste your money!

Love my Merrell Moabs low hiking shoes. The most comfortable hiking shoes I've owned. Use them hiking less rugged terrain (I use high tops for rugged stuff) plus daily around town , all Year long for several years until last Dec. when I bought Merrell winter sneakers. Love them too. Now waiting for my new Moab 2 ventilators to arrive as I finally wore out the originals.

Bought hiking boots just before lockdown. Extremely comfortable but the uppers started cracking almost immediately. Now the soles show almost no wear but there are cracks in the fabric on both sides of both feet, the worse being at the bend of the big toe. They now let in water even when it rains, walking through dewy grass or a shallow puddle. This happened on a previous pair of Merrell trail running shoes I had. Replaced once but new ones had exactly same problem. Despite comfort, will not buy Merrell products again as clearly a design flaw.

I have worn Merrell zero drop trainers for 4-5 years now. I also haves couple of pairs of Merrell light walking boots. I was very happy with my first pairs of these trainers and shoes - I still have a pair of trail glove version 2s. Recently, the quality of the Merrell range is appalling. Trainers are now made with extremely poor mesh uppers which flex when running and rapidly fall to bits. My trail glove version 4s fell to bits after 120 miles road running. Trail glove version 5s I have two pairs, one of which is falling to bits (again around the poor side mesh) after 200 miles. A pair of Bare Access trainers I brought for light gym use had holes in the side mesh after three visits to the gym. The vapour glove range I have worn for track training, gone very quickly. I’m disgusted at the recent build quality of these shoes. A really good brand, now absolute rubbish. Trainers made in China and Vietnam, with costs further reduced recently through cheaper materials. I will never buy another pair of these again.
