Shocking company to deal with! I purchased a pair of accentor mens walking boots with a twelve month warranty. The tops of the boots were full of holes within four months. I contacted both Millets and Merrell in an attempt to have the boots replaced. Merrell emailed me to say that they had carried out an inspection and were willing to replace the boots as a gesture of goodwill. This was followed by a subsequent email advising me that they had changed their mind and could no longer help. The warranty means nothing to either Merrell or Millets. Consumers beware!!!!!!!!

1st pair arrived, both marked size 11 - shoes were different sizes, sent back to Millets had to argue for refund. Ordered 2nd pair direct from Merrell - too small, sent back to Merrell had to chase up refund, 3rd pair arrived and finally fit. But here's the thing..... I was asked to write a review, which I did (it was the same as above), I then received an email from Merrell telling me that they were not going to publish my review - this stinks of dishonesty!!!! Merrell should have the backbone to accept poor reviews and to acknowledge the reasons behind them, not to hide poor feedback.....

I am completely disappointed in the fact that Merrell doesn't stand behind their product for longer than 12 months. These shoes have been worn maybe 20 times over the years that I have owned them and didn't last. I can't imagine how long they would have lasted if I would have actually put them to the test everyday. I will never buy another pair of your shoes in my life. You can see from the tread on the bottom that they haven't even been broken in yet. Terrible product and even worse customer service that doesn't stand behind their product. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ARC'TERYX. They last a lot longer and stand behind their product.

Ordered shoes 13 March - delivery date 18 March. Still not received 23 March and no update on UPS site. Have emailed Merrell customer services twice for an update and no response. Just want my money back now.

HAVING PURCHASED a pair of Merrell Moab Chelsea Boots I found the soles were parting from the uppers. I simply requested a new pair under 1 year warranty from the merchant who had none in stock and offered a refund. I really wanted a fresh pair but my direct appeal to Merrell for help was rejected by their 'customer service' department who just suggested I accept the refund offer...no interest in helping and no concern for the faulty boots. Their websites proclaim their ethical stance...there is none. I will avoid them in future. I really thought they'd be nice and helpful.. they don't care.

I ordered some Merrell trainers on 3rd March and they arrived today (9 days later). Like a lot of people have said on here, the parcel got stuck in the UPS system once in the UK due to "Brexit issues"! After 3 working days of no status change, I emailed UPS. Got a standard response straight away, but later that day the parcel was back in transit, and arrived the next day. So Merrell.com isn't a scam. My credit card statement said the money was taken by wolverine.com, but if you Google them, they own many brands including Merrell and Hush Puppies. Merrell's only mistake here is using UPS! And Merrell's T&C's clearly say to allow upto 10 working days for delivery, so they were within their SLA. I mean, I probably wouldn't order from them again, as it's not a great service. But definitely not a scam!

Stay away from Merrell products. Ended up with wet socks when these boots are supposed to be waterproof. Here's their response "Our assessment indicates that your product is not eligible for replacement as it did not contain a manufacturing defect". So having Merrell "waterproof" boots that cause socks to be wet is not a defect. Got it.

I bought a pair of Merrell walking shoes in October 2020 and noticed recently that the seams between upper and soles were splitting and letting in water. They had not been worn much. I couldn’t return them to the supplier due to COVID19 travel restrictions so got in touch with Merrell direct. After a number of e mail exchanges and supplying photos and proof of purchase they have replaced them FOC. Thanks Merrell. Now we shall have to wait and see how the new pair fares.
