MerrellReviews of merrell.com

Don't buy! This company was recommended and I bought 2 pairs of boots and walking sandals. They were very comfortable but in less than a year, both sets of boots let in water and the sandals came unstitched. Expensive and poor quality.

I wore Merrell hikers and trail runners off and on for many years. "During the pandemic" it was extremely difficult to reach them (......answering emails or chats from a remote worksite is not a known mode of transmission........) and only after weeks did I get a response.....one that didn't answer my clear question. Today I tried to find customer support, but the chat options on their site didn't work at all and there were no email options. I'll use other companies who can be clear about whether their shoes are made anywhere but China.

I am 71 years old and have travelled the world for most of my life, visiting some 30 countries and always in my Merrell hiking boots. The first time I have ever had a problem with a pair of Merrell’s has really been quite a rude awakening when a company that manufactures such great shoes can have such poor customer service. I will certainly post wherever possible my experience with Merrell when a manufacturing defect rendered the shoes useless and Merrell did nothing to rectify the problem.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes. One for beach and one for water running. Received confirmation email. Thought I made a good deal because I received 10% email sign up voucher plus 20% discount voucher. 2 days later I received a cancelation email for my order, without reason. Better buy a different brand, that stands behind their name and their products.

Hi, Alpine Sneaker 14 J16699 Ebony The internal part of the heel is falling apart because of abrasion, after 3 weeks of casual usage.

I had a fantastic experience with Merrell this month. I bought a pair of boots and had a confirmation. These did not arrive and seemed to disappear off the UPS system...no idea who was responsible. I called Merrell and got through in a few minutes. The lady immediately dispatched another pair which arrived 3 days later....and they are great boots. Thanks!

Shoes never arrived, waited 3 weeks, emails just go unanswered, eventually I was given a refund with no explanation. Worst customer service ever

I really like the shoes but delivery was a bit problematic.
