I bought a pair of Skyhike Merrell shoes for £65 (normally £100). I have worn them for a total of 8 times, on woodland paths and tarmac, and they are already falling apart. The fabric around the ankle has split on both shoes. I have tried contacting Merrell's customer support via email, but have had no reply. This is a bad joke and I'm frankly furious that a £65 pair of shoes have fallen apart after no more than 15 hours of walking. Unless Merrell replies to my email (it's been 4 days since I sent it), I'll have to go via my bank to try and get the money back. Absolutely pathetic from a brand I used to trust.

Warning - if you are in the UK think twice about ordering from the Merrell UK website. The shoes are sent from the Netherlands and returns are a complete pain. I sent shoes back with all the relevant documents for customs (check their website rather for details instead of email as they differ). Parcel has just been returned to me via UPS stating "service disruption". Merrell customer service are useless.

Do not stand by their product. Bought some shoes that were smaller than others I had of "same" size. Would not replace them and only offered a coupon to buy another pair that "should fit better". Really...?!?!?

Don't buy from this company. I sent a return using their instructions exactly and have tracking proof but they won't process refund and won't reply to emails to their customer services and to their info @ address

Liner inside their shoes is garbage. If you buy these shoes plan on replacing the paper-thin-ridged-so-it-hurts-your-feet liners. I contacted their customer service (liner ridges was bruising front ball of my foot) and got nowhere. Also, when I tried to post a Review on the Merrell website their screeners informed me, "We have reached a crossroads in our relationship" and "your review did not meet all our website guidelines" meaning they refused to post my Review. I bought six pairs of shoes from them recently and this is how they treat you ... these shoes are not what others have claimed they are.

Shoes came on time but didn’t fit so had to return them. Customer service was amazing and provided the return code as I do not have a printer. They were also kind enough to send me another one as I made a mistake in the initial return process. Note that they do not seem to read their emails but they respond well on chat

plan on having a wet foot...these are leakers...not gore tex but a chinese gauranteed to fail..shoe laces are so long you trip on them all day long..used to be good...customer service is a joke.

Bestellt ja keine Schuhe aus dem Merell-Sale! Diese werden nicht geliefert und es wird dann auf den Lieferanten (UPS) abgewälzt! Angeblich erfolgte eine 3-malige Zustellung, die entweder nie stattgefunden hat oder UPS informiert euch nicht mal mehr über die Zustellversuche... Leider ist dieser Service nicht tragbar! Und das bei relativ teuren und (meistens) hochwertigen Produkten! Haben die doch eigentlich gar nicht nötig... Schade...völlig verrissen!
