Ich habe mehrere Schuhe bei Merrel gekauft, davon zwei behalten und den Rest zurückgesendet. Nach einem halben Jahr konnte ich die Schuhe erst richtig ausprobieren und habe dabei festgestellt, dass die Innensohle rutscht. Bei der Retourenbearbeitung im Lager hat das Unternehmen scheinbar einen Fehler gemacht und die falschen Schuhe als behalten markiert. Als ich mich nun an den Kunden Support gewendet habe, damit die Schuhe ausgetauscht werden, wurde ich nur darauf verwiesen, dass ich diese Schuhe, die ich hier stehen habe, ja gar nicht behalten hätte. Das ist jedoch falsch und der Fehler liegt im Lager beim Hersteller. Auf etliche meiner Mails wurde nicht adäquat reagiert auch eine eidesstattliche Versicherung von mir wurde einfach nur ignoriert. Nach dieser Erfahrung kann ich den Hersteller absolut nicht empfehlen und warne jeden davor hier Waren zu kaufen.

Been buying Merrell walking shoes for the last 15 years. They were 'the best' and outperformed and outlasted North Face & Columbia in the £75-£100 class. Last three pairs have been very poor. Noticed a massive drop off in quality. Two pairs split at the toe/sole interface inside three months. Current pair encountered broken lace eyelets inside two months. Spent over £200 and not got a year out of three pairs. Got to be where they are being made. Going to try a cheap outdoor store shoe and see how they last.

I was very disappointed that after 10-15 years they change shoes sizes. Insted unic sizes like wide feet or extrextra half size they started make long narrow feet sizes. This creates corn on your feet. The shoes becom narrow and loose or small if you try smaller size. Also, front of shoes gets coming off. Quontety insted quality make you look for other brands. Sizes and quantity are no longer amazing like it used to.

I ordered Merrell 10 W in April 26 after wearing in the house I figured it was mislabeled. It is actually 11W. My heal pops out. It is not usable. They refuse to accept my return after two weeks from purchase. Clearly wrong size sent. My house is all wood and tile. They say it is worn. Yes inside rhe house. This is it i just lost over $100. Never again. I highly recomend to stay away from Merrell. I never had any problem like this with Brooks, KEEN, AMAZON, .Zapos, Asicx

Have been wearing merrell trainers for about 20 years with no problem until recently. I the last year I bought a pair and our puppy chewed the toe of one so I ordered same shoe different colour. These are the worst shoes I have bought the original ones used for dog walking sole completely detached, 2nd pair partly detached. And the laces will not stay tied up even if doubled, they appear to be plastic and don't grip. I have tripped over twice on undone laces. Phoned them and mentioned laces not up to standard. Am now in contact again about soles. You may expect problems with cheap shoes but not with what used to be high cost quality ones

Really impressed with the support team at Merrell. They were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to sort out a replacement for my faulty walking boots without any hassle. The whole process was quick and straightforward, and I felt properly looked after from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a company that clearly stands behind its products - highly recommended.
