Atrocious. Rude phone staff. Delivery date constantly changed. Packages stuck abroad. Total mess. Was told I can't cancel my order...which makes no sense.

Ho acquistato dal sito Merrel outlet Italia delle scarpe a 65 euro e dopo un mese di attesa mi è arrivata una piccola scatola,dalla Cina,contenente una collanina orribile,pura bigiotteria di cattiva qualità. Adesso sto comunicando con il servizio clienti ma mi hanno offerto di rimborsarmi solo il 30% e dicono di non avere più le scarpe da mandarmi. Sono molto indignata,spero che nessuno compri più niente sul sito Merrel outlet Italia.

Not like they care right? Anyway! I got a card in thhe mail because I had ordered some shoes last spring. They change the bill after check out. I used the 25% off promo code and it worked ($43) Then When I get the Email to confirm it was $27. It did this last time but it wasn't worth the time to call them. I can't let this slide this time! So I am going to waste a bunch of time calling them in the morning. Yeah! I wish I had done a Screen Shot of the Check out page! I be passing all this off to the consumer fraud protection bureau. This seems to be their biz model! We'll act a woke but stick them if we can! They get $20 or $30 off each of us??? That's a lot of ripping off! I will never buy here again! Get face to face if you're going to steal from me! I would say Don't buy here!

Ordino due paia di scarpe, mi inviano un paio di occhiali. Servizio clienti pessimo!

Een paar maanden geleden Merrell schoenen gekocht. Binnen vier weken lagen ze uit elkaar. In eerste instantie was Merrell redelijk coulant en zouden ze nieuwe schoenen opsturen. Maar ja, als je dat met UPS doet heb je meteen een nieuw probleem. Schoenen zijn nooit gearriveerd, en Merrell geeft geen thuis meer. NOOIT kopen dus!

I had 3 pair of Merrells that I loved. I went to put them on the other day and all 3 pair completely seperated at the sole. You'd have to give me replacements before I wore them again, because I refuse to buy any more.

I Brought a pair of Merrell boots from a outdoor wear shop after having a pair of Berghaus boots for over 8 years. The Merrell boots have started to split after very light use & stitching loosening. I am really disappointed with this brand selling below standard boots that haven’t been used much over 14 months & I was told that these where the best boots after a chat with sales person for me & told these would last years ( not true )

14m use and the sole coming away and the suede is splitting. They have lost their way I'm afraid, will never purchase this brand again.
