Bought a pair of Moab 2 Ventilator online. The shoes are bigger than the Marrells that I tried in the store. I tried with thick socks on. Still the shoes are too big. The turn process is BAD. First, the site does not take my order number and zip. Has to use the chat. Then, they charge $5.00 for the promised "free-return".

Thought to try and Bought a pair of Merrell Moab side zip boots because they were waterproof and could not believe how bad fitting and has the worst insoles l have bought in any footwear, so hard and seem to be at least half a boot size smaller than any other boots l have ever bought and owned in the military

I have been a client,t for some years, and generally, I like to use trekking shoes that allow water to drain and my feet to breathe. I walked 12 days for 190 km around "Mont Blanc" and ended with no injuries on my feet. I do understand that the shoes were at their end of life after this. !! >> I do not understand that my last Merrel shoes, which I did not use so much, are already ruined after only five months. Something is changing at Merrel the last time. I do not trust the shoes anymore, and I will have to find what I need from other vendors. Sorry to know Merrel shoes are not aligned with my expectations.

Bought some Merrell Moab boots in August 2019 in sale for £99. Wore them about 30 times. Kept them reasonably clean and dry and stored indoors. Went to lace them up a couple of weeks ago (Oct 2021) and one of the fabric lace eyelets ripped. This is a design manufacturing fault, as eyelets should never break after such little use. I have never had a problem like this with Berghaus, Salomon or Mammut footwear, which I have worn 100s of times for over 10 years. As they are just outside 2 year warranty, they have refused to repair them. DO NOT buy this crap!

I bought a pair of goretex shoes and they never kept my feet dry. Then the material in back inside of the shoes completely fell apart. I called 1 month too late to claim a defective product. Terrible support and they do not back their products.

Purtroppo ci sono cascato pure io... ( pressato da mia moglie per l'acquisto ) e ingenuamente non verificato prima,ho ordinato su merrelitalia.com nr. 2 paia di scarpe da donna... per un totale di 109,81 . Purtroppo sono cinesi... ho ricevuto dopo 25 giorni una sciarpa.. Pagato tramite carta di credito ( Bloccata l'indomani mattina) ma inutilmente... nonostante la segnalazione alla polizia postale,la denuncia ai carabinieri,ed il disconoscimento dell'operazione in banca... mi hanno " rapinato" 109,81 Euro... Diffidate... ed attenzione poiche' da quanto sono poi riuscito a sapere e' da molto che sono all'opera... cambiando anche l'indirizzo !!

Hello, I have been buying Merrell trail shoes for about three years now. I had purchased several pairs of the trail glove shoes and am quite active. The first set of three fell apart within months of owning them. They were nice enough to send me replacements. Just as I suspected the second round of trail gloves fell apart. The glue has separated from the mesh upper and soles on every pair, as well as the soles quickly worn and now have holes where my feet get wet on rainy days. I am so disappointed and especially the silly amount of money I spent on these. It clear their quality and manufacturing practices have gone down hill most likely to add more profit to the bottom line. I cant even call them about these issues on the newer set because they were replacements and I don't have a receipt. Sorry to say I most likely will not be purchasing Merrell products anymore.

Purchased Merrill alpine strap. The left shoe will not stay tight. As walk left shoe strap gets really loose…Right shoe works perfectly. Merrill says this is my problem and they will not do anything. My last pair of shoes from Merrill….BYE BYE
