Shan't be buying Merrell again, I bought a pair of hiking trainers that I could have had for much less money, but trusted the name; they've absolutely fallen apart in less than two years, not even Sikaflex can save them! Their quality has gone into a screaming nose dive.

What I am most annoyed about is that I really, really like the design, look and feel of Merrell’s shoes… however when I replaced an old pair I had with a new similar model of Merrell walking shoes the sole developed an loud squeak from it’s inner layers. Returned it and the next pair only lasted a couple of months before the sole became to detach. I gave Merrell the benefit if the doubt and bought a third pair against my better judgement and guess what? The sole of this new pair is also beginning to come off.. what is it with this company? Merrell can’t you afford proper glue?!? Never again unfortunately. I’m done.

I have been wearing Merrell shoes for 30 years. I have always loved them, they solved a foot problem I have. But the last few years I have noticed the quality of the shoes going down while the price contiues to go up. They dont last as long as they used to, they seem to stretch the first week you wear them. The last 3 pair Ive bought have had a problem with a squik in the heal when I walk, on the same side. Ive had to start buying them 1/2 size smaller to allow for strech. The boxes always had tags saying genuine leather uppers. Now I ser nothing in the box or on it saying genuine leather uppers. This makes mr wonder if vegan leather is being used. I may need to start looking for another brand of shoes. I have 20 pair of Mellers in my closet, all the older ones are better.

So glad I can return the merrell walking shoes to millets unlike the walking boots. These same poor quality. Different foot bed, half an inch narrower and poor quality materials, making my feet hot in just 5 minutes. Used to love this brand, what a shame they moved production to China... Greedy for profit I suppose

Hi,much of the same as said on here,, Crap hiking boots fell apart after 12 hours light use and an even more Crap customer service if that is possible. This is what happens when a once good footwear brand starts building their products in China,you get Crap.There are good brands available for you to use avoid Merrell at all costs,go to Primark and get cheap trainers for a fiver,they probably came out of the same factory. MERRELLL IS CRAP.Thank You

I placed an order, my card was charged, I got two emails in three day apart with confirmation, and a day before delivery I got an email that my order has been canceled. They said - they called me to confirm that I am a real person and no one answered, they left a voice message. I had a prove that no one call me on that day as they claimed and any voice messages on my phone. Merrell is the fraud company and customer services are horrible. They blamed me that I didn't pick up a phone. I said that I do have two emails in tree days about my order confirmation.

I understand that the second time Merrell sent me the replacement coupon code was a courtesy and I appreciate it. I attempted to place the order yesterday (July 25 Europe time) , but unfortunately, the coupon code didn't work. The second coupon code was sent to me on May 26, which should still be valid today. However, despite this, I encountered issues when trying to use it. I have purchased several pairs of shoes from Merrell for my little boy, but they all lasted less than a year. As a result, I have decided never to buy this brand again. The attitude of the customer service also reflects the quality of the product. She kept me on hold for 30 minutes, trying to get her manager, but there was no courtesy to inform me when the issue couldn't be resolved. Very poor customer service and poor quality!

Awful experience with company. Placed an order and immediately went to cancel it, but was told it had already been processed. So have to wait for delivery to then send back. Order was made at 2.26am so not even during opening times. Waste of time and effort
