MerrellReviews of merrell.com

This company pollutes the commons. They've plastered the pavement of the quiet residential street where I live with their corporate logo, as well as releasing a bunch of fliers seemingly onto the floor that local residents have to clean up. If every company did this, the pavement would be covered in ads. It's not cool, I hate it, I will never buy from this company.

If I could give this less than a one star, I would. Buyer beware. This is a dishonest organization that will not allow you to make returns. I had a shirt that I received that I never wore, and never even took out of the packaging. When I tried to return it, I was told that they would give me back only 10% of it. I was then told that if I didn’t like that option, I could ship it back to China, but that my cost for doing so would likely be more than the cost of the item itself. Buyer beware!

I'd give 0 if I could. The shoes are extremely uncomfortable due to the flat, hard soles. To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent: Phone support never connects. Live chat is useless and handled entirely by bots. Email support took weeks to respond, only for a representative to give me a lazy one-liner telling me to "check spam" with zero actual effort to address my issue. This was my first time buying from Merrell, and it will definitely be my last. If anyone asks, I will strongly advise them to stay far away from this brand so they don't have to waste their money or go through this nightmare.

Product faulty and fell apart after 3 short walks. Merrell accepted faults and promised to refund. Still waiting for money back. Impossible to contact - emails go unanswered and instant chat never gets answered. Merrell - look at your reviews and do better.

I will never shop this company again. We ordered 2 pairs of hiking shoes for our children but only received one. Customer service was abhorrent. They insisted that 2 pairs of shoes were in our box and refused to issue a refund or reship the missing shoes. We are filing a claim with Better Business Bureau, and disputing it on our cc. It should not have to come to that.

I have long loved my Merrell shoes , but my most recent interaction has cemented that I will never shop there again. I ordered a pair of shoes on 13/7. 3 days later, still no shipping information. Emailed them asking for an update - no response. Finally got hold of someone on 20/7. Was told it was a technical glitch and they needed to investigate and would get back to me same day. 5:30pm I get an email to say they'd refunded the order because of a glitch the order never made it to the warehouse. Wasn't given the option to have the order go through. Then the email goes on to say I could reorder but the glitch might happen again, so go in store instead but here's a code for free shipping. Exactly what is free shipping going to do for me if I cant order online ?? So angry, so frustrated.

Attention arnaque sur le site ecommerce Commande non livrée. Service client inexistant. Numéro de téléphone inactif.

I wanted to like this store, but too much went wrong along the way. The product did not match the description or photos on the website. Would only order again if things clearly improved.
