I have 5 pairs of MOAB. Never let me down.

After owning Merrill's shoes for the past 20 years I will NEVER waste my money on their product again. Over 15 pair of shoes and the ONE TIME I have an issue they figure out every scenario not to cover their product. I sent photos of the pair of NEW SHOES that fell apart at the soles within 1-week of casual light ware and they worked me over with ridiculous request for original boxes and 6 month old receipts that absolutely nobody hangs on to. I am 65 years old and have not kept boxes or receipts since the mid 90's, Unbelievable!

Ya que han denegado mi review del producto, y no lo publican… lo comparto por aquí: NO SON BAREFOOT Si doy una estrella, es por los acabados y lo bonitas que son... es decepcionante tener merrell (idea Braefoot) desde sus inicios, y que ahora te vendan línea Barefoot SIN SER NADA DE ESO!!! Es una zapatilla con una horma estrecha y alargada, y con refuerzo en puente que la hace mucho más estrecha... mi pie se sintió incómodo nada más ponérmela y no entendía porqué... hasta que cogí mis merrell antiguas y una suela al lado de la otra, incluso viendo únicamente la plantilla interior, te das cuenta de que, NO TIENEN NADA QUE VER. Estoy realmente decepcionada porque son mis zapatillas de confianza, y realmente tras ver todas las reviews, espero que vuelvan a recuperar la esencia barefoot que nos prometieron...

Je roule en Merrell depuis une vingtaine d'années facile. Mon pied large m'a amené à cette marque au Vieux Campeur ou l'Inter sport de la Croix Rousse. J'ai eu 2 soucis de semelles au début mais un SAV superbe. Grimpeur alpiniste ski Banzaï parapentiste motard etc ... J'utilise mes Merrell pour la ville et les petites randos. J'ai plus que ça comme pompes pour tous les jours. C'est d'la balle

As a long time Merrell fan, I am very disappointed in my recent purchase of the Merrell Agility Peak 5 & 6. They are both very unstable in ankle support. The 6 is so noisy on the road that it is annoying. Won't ever buy these again.

I bought s pair of their trainers, and it was shipped using EVRi, so invariably the order sat in EVRi's warehouse for days, despite EVRi coming here every day that week. So I contacted Merrell, who said the order must be 'lost'... and the only solution they could offer was to cancel the order and then I would have to order them again. So I did that immediately as I could see the refund was coming through. The person I spoke to said to add next day shipping to the order, and that they would refund that part to make up for the shipping nonsense. So I added a new order, but it would let me add next day shipping. I sent a screenshot to the agent I was talking to, and they said they would have to pass it to their IT department, as I should have been permitted to add next day shipping (unless I lived in Scotland, which I did not). I was told to wait, and come back to their site to try again. After a couple of days, their site was still failing. I did write to their CEO to complain about the EVRi problem, and they didn't have the basic courtesy or professionalism to respond. The following day, I wrote an email to their customer services, stating that the whole experience was a farce... and as with their terrible CEO, nobody in customer services had the basic courtesy or professionalism to respond to my email. So, like the majority on here, I would also not recommend Merrell, unless you want to be ceremoniously messed around, and treated with abject contempt. I bought a pair of Berghaus trainers instead (which is what the Merrell trainers were meant to replace). At least with Berghaus, I know they will be of a high quality, and I will actually receive the item. Merrell can go to hell!

I've been trying to reach someone via your customer support for several days now regarding my order that was paid for, but I did not receive. It was placed in mid July 2026. I've been sent the automated product review email, but currently, it has been a terrible experience, and I actually regret purchasing from Merrell. Can someone please come back to me?

Ich bin von der Qualität dieser Merrell-Wasserschuhe sehr enttäuscht. Bereits nach wenigen Einsätzen hat sich der Kleber an mehreren Stellen gelöst, sodass die Schuhe nicht mehr sicher getragen werden können und praktisch unbrauchbar sind. Noch enttäuschender ist der Umgang mit meiner Reklamation. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme habe ich bislang keine zufriedenstellende Rückmeldung erhalten. Von einem Markenprodukt in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich eine deutlich bessere Verarbeitung und einen kundenorientierten Service erwartet. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen kann ich diese Wasserschuhe leider nicht empfehlen.
