The shoes themselves are 5*, I love them and get miles and miles and miles of use of of them. The UK shop ships with Evri. Therefore, you'll never get your package and have to wait for it to ship back to Merrell and get a refund. Cannot believe such an excellent company uses such a crappy, cheap "delivery" option. ("Delivery" because does it count if the company never even attempts to deliver?) You're better off (unfortunately) buying with a different dealer with better shipping, like Amazon or other second party retailers.

Retouren werden augenscheinlich ignoriert. Wäre ist seit über drei Wochen bei Merrell eingegangen. Kein Geld bis heute. Auf meine Nachfrage soll ich nachweisen, welche Schuhe ich zurück geschickt hätte. Die E-Mail kam von einem Fremdunternehmen wo augenscheinlich jemand mit Google Translate arbeitet. Absolute Katastrophe, passiert da nicht bald was, geht das zu Anwalt. Nur wieder bestell ich bei Merrell direkt.

Schoenen besteld, en na het passen conform de instructies terug gestuurd. Inmiddels 3,5 week later, nog geen enkele reactie. Telefonisch niet bereikbaar, een chatfunctie op de site die permanent uitgeschakeld is, en op mail wordt niet gereageerd. Heb inmiddels de creditcard-maatschappij ingeschakeld, hoop m'n geld op die manier terug te zien. Zo zie je maar, altijd eerst de reviews checken vóór je ergens bestelt!

Ordered boots 2 months ago. The first pair didn't arrive for 2 weeks, so I cancelled the order and was refunded. Then I ordered them again, and they took 2 weeks to eventually arrive. They didn't fit properly, so I asked to return them. Merrell gave me a return QR code for UPS. I returned them and UPS lost the boots, so I created a claim with UPS. Now UPS won't deal with me because Merrell was the company who requested the return, and Merrell can't be contacted at all except for email, which they don't reply to. To summarise, it's been two months of trying to sort this out. I'm down £135. It looks like I'll never see that money again. For the love of God, avoid this company like the plague.

Ware zurückgeschickt mit UPS nach einem Tag und seit über 3 Wochen keine Reaktionen oder Antworten auf E-Mails. Anrufen bringt nichts. Vorsicht bei Retouren würde ich sagen. Ich hoffe ich kann mein Geld über die Kreditkarte zurückbuchen lassen.

Déçue des District 4 Post et Terran 4 Backstrop. J'avais déjà acheté une sandale de grandeur 10, semblable. Les 2 nouveaux modèles sont larges et plus longs et, contrairement à un ancien modèle que j'adorais, ne cache pas les oignons... Selon les photos du site, je croyais qu'ils cachaient bien. Malheureusement, cela va finir par déchirer au lieu de "sécuriser" et cacher les oignons. Ils sont confortables cependant, j'aime les matériaux et les semelles

26th March 2025, I bought a pair of Merrell walking shoes from Go Outdoors, expecting quality from a premium brand. Unfortunately, after just one month of regular use, mainly walking the dog, one shoe started leaking towards my toes. I returned to Go Outdoors, only to be told by the manager that they are “not suitable for dog walkers.” If walking your dog doesn’t count as normal walking shoe use, I’m not sure what does. For the price I paid, I expected better durability and much better customer service. Very disappointed. I won’t be buying Merrell walking shoes again.

Una atención al cliente pésima e inexistente. Suelo comprar botas de senderismo de esta marca pero últimamente la experiencia de compra en su web es pésima. Ponen la dirección de entrega incompleta y ni se molestan en arreglar el problema con el transportista. He tenido que ser yo quien lo haga. Han eliminado cualquier servicio de atención al cliente, es una vergüenza para una marca así. Les pones un mail y que se produzca un milagro para que te respondan. Dejaré de comprar esta marca.
