Horrible service. We bought a pair of shoes and 2 months later the sole came off… has never happened before. They would not replace! Horrible… we will be no longer buying Merrell!

Bought a pair of hiking shoes. The right shoe fits really well, supportive and waterproof. The left shoe has a low arch and is not waterproof. I contacted Merrel customer service, but I was told to contact the store that I bought them from. Not very helpful. Really disappointed

I bought this exact same pair of shoes in 2018 (8 years ago). Loved loved loved this shoe. My foot had never had such a comfortable, warm fit. Found this shoe in Europe, not my size. Found it in America, not my size. Decided to order on line, my foot absolutely floats in this shoe. Same size, same shoe. I am in absolute sadness over this. WTH Merrell.

I have had a number of pairs of Merrell walking shoes over the years and have been happy with their comfort and durability. However the last pair I bought wore a hole in the inner lining at the heel very quickly on both sides. A huge disappointment.

Purchased boots which arrived faulty Was sent another pair which were also faulty Was asked to return for a full refund which I did and emailed them proof of postage I have now had excuse after excuse regarding my refund of £170 It’s been over two months and still no money returned Customer service was good until they received the returned boots now i am just being ignored I would five zero stars if it would allow me

I placed an order 8 days ago with the expectation that it would be delivered within 5 days, as stated on the website. However, not only did the order not arrive on time, but I also received no updates or communication regarding the delay. After reaching out to customer service to inquire about the status, I was shocked to find out that my order had been cancelled—without any prior notice or explanation.

Terrible customer service. No availability online despite saying they should be available between hours of 10-16 in Spain. Ignored all my messages to change order address, and still yet to respond after 16 days now. If anything goes wrong, don't count on them to help!
