Outstanding support from Jieffer – Fixed my Halo H60X issue! I had an issue connecting a satellite Halo unit to a specific main unit on my Mercusys Halo H60X system. Jieffer from technical support was extremely helpful and guided me through manually updating the firmware directly via the Mercusys website (since the mobile app only showed older versions). The firmware update completely resolved the issue, and the connection preference feature is now working perfectly! Excellent, patient, and effective support. Thank you, Jieffer!

Alexis efficiently solved my problem with my RE after I had battled with it & reached a dead end. it took a while, but she was extremely patient with me and knew exactly what to do. She was very polite & helpful, even though I had to ask her to repeat what she told me quite often (I had trouble understanding her accent).

I had a problem with reconnecting my router at my summer place. Alexis patiently stayed on my case until the solution was found with providing different options until the preventive action was found. Alexis is a true example of caring and prompt customer service - made my day and over!

Poor quality Halo Hubs that have failed to update and connect. Distant existent customer service who say that it takes 3 days to provide a response and when they do it is generic and doesn’t help.
