I struggled to get a new extender linked to my system. Mercusys was excellent in providing me with detailed instructions and followed up with more support to get things working. They then followed up with an additional check to make sure things were still working. Excellent support.

Prompt and polite service. Jieffer and James were extremely helpful and an email was all it took to help resolve my issue. Thank you.

I immediately felt heard and also treated with respect. Alexis listened carefully and patiently and explained slowly and in detail as I find the subject and steps to take complicated. The problem was solved! Many thanks to Alexis!

Questions actually led me to the right solution, even though the exact solution wasn’t directly suggested. Jieffer was also with me while I was trying different solutions, and his prompt response to my concern really helped me troubleshoot and fix the problem immediately. I really appreciate the assistance! Thank you so much!

Alexis was very kind and knowledgeable. I was quickly able to fix my WIFI connection issue (DNS) with her support. I would not have known how to fix a DNS problem otherwise. Thank you!
