This thing tends to crash 5-10 a day which is very annoying while playing online games. This product just doesn't work properly as it should be. If im gonna have a chance i WILL change this router

Their kit is a complete waste of money. I've just bought a Halo Mesh 4 system and it's useless, A wet flannel would do more to enhance the performance of my Wifi despite my having my Halo relays barely 10 ft apart and the app telling me 'everything fine'. You'll get more joy and satisfaction from taking a handful of £10 notes and setting them alight.

Poor quality Halo Hubs that have failed to update and connect. Distant existent customer service who say that it takes 3 days to provide a response and when they do it is generic and doesn’t help.

Prodotti abbastanza economici. Ne ho provati tre modelli e non i più economici, a confronto con un altro marchio abbastanza economico posso dire che si presentano bene, ma poi iniaziando ad utilizzarli e configurarli i difetti che si presentano sono palesi e non da poco, primo in assoluto l'ardware scadente, se si utilizza la configurazione, come previsto dal loro software, che collega più trasmettitori che collaborano per ottimizzare la rete wifi, i dispositivi vanno in crash e non c'è modo di ripristinarli (tralasciando i divesi tenteativi di collegamento, il che è strano perché nella loro app c'è una funzione apposita...), software per niente comodo e funzionale, interfaccia web minimale e ridotta ai minimi termini, configurazione delle interfacce adatte ai principianti. E come ultima e molto interessante esperienza, proprio di ieri sera, saltata la corrente in casa per troppi elettrodomestici in funzione, un Mercusys ME50G(EU) non si è più riacceso. Non saprei cosa dire, mi scappa da ridere, questo è il primo acquistato (il più economico tra quelli acquistati) per provare il marchio. Direi che rispetto al marchio principale che è TP-Link sono un gradino sopra, ma la qualità è la stessa, scadente e molto deludente. Non credo proprio che riacquisterò.

Dopo neanche due mesi di utilizzo (senza problemi sennò ogni tanto era lento) si è scollegato. Non trasmette più internet. Acceso in verde ma l'icona internet è spento. Leggendo molti commenti e recensioni ho capito che non sono sola. Assistenza tecnica zero. Ho fatto la segnalazione tramite app del marchio. Sinceramente mi dispiace di aver buttati 40 euro. Mi viene da pensare che non è per caso tutto questo disagio.... Con i sim noi abbiamo collegamenti internet in casa con 6/7 euro ... A qualche azienda magari è scomodo? Oppure un business per farci comprare il prodotto poi buttare ... Ci proverò a ripristinare ma non ho molta fiducia. Metto una stella perché sono molto delusa
