Bought the Mercusys AC1300 and for the first 7 months it worked well. But then 2 of the Halos became unstable. I contacted Mercusys and they had me doing various things including 3 resets. But they then decided two of the units had failed and required replacing. They contacted me too say that I need to pay for the return of the units myself and then they would send out replacements. Is it bad of me to expect a company to pay the postage to have items replaced? Either way I will be looking to replace the system with one that works. My opinion of Mercusys cannot be printed here but you can guess I am sure. My advice - stay clear.

Atrocious customer service. Their only English language support line is a China-based number, and even if you call that, I am not at all exaggerating when I say every 1.5 minutes it makes you press 1 to avoid being disconnected!

Esiste un numero telefonico a cui si può chiamare solo in un certo momento della giornata, ma nonostante ciò risponde un bot che ti dice la mail di supporto. Ho dovuto telefonare 4 volte per capire che cosa dicesse perché non si capiva l'indirizzo mail e ovviamente il supporto non mi ha nemmeno risposto, Sia scrivendo una mail all'indirizzo detto al numero di telefono sia compilando il form di supporto. Quindi adssso ho un ripetitore (modello M30) con delle prestazioni scarsissime (parlaimo di qualche kb di download) e non so per quale motivo

Bought a Halo H90X(3-pack) mesh Wi-Fi system to extend and boost a signal which was quite poor due to wall thickness in my home. Did not have huge expectations, but to be honest I was very surprised in positive meaning. The setup was fast and easy through the app, and speeds and range are excellent! VM router works in the modem mode and one of the nodes works as a router sending signal to two others. That is really whole home mesh Wi-Fi system. I have got a decent signal even in my garden shed and a garage. Highly recommend this system.

Half decent router but if you have a problem don't think you will get any help from tech support either from mercusys or tp-link. They just ignore everything and promise to phone back but never do. They don't follow up emails either. Fortunately I sorted out my own issue in the end

How come the MW302R have DHCP server on in access point mode ?
