The quality of the cloth is great. I washed and the color is intact. Great service. Would recommend others too!

I received the backpack and it is very nice. I would have given you guys 5 stars. However, the mouse pad was not included and is stated as delivered when it was not delivered to the address given. Not sure if you can send me a replacement free of charge. The backpack was more urgent but I would really like to get the Lydecker mousepad. Thank you.

Thank you for the review, and we’re so glad the backpack arrived and that you’re happy with it! On the mouse pad, we’re sorry it’s showing as delivered when it never actually reached you. That’s definitely something we want to make right, and yes, we’ll take care of getting the Lydecker mouse pad to you. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can confirm your address and get a replacement sent over. Thanks for your patience, and we’ll get this sorted!

The experience was great, the site was easy to use and checking out was a breeze. Delivery took a bit long, 15 days, but Mercatino kept me updated the whole time. The product is awesome.

Thank you for the great 5 star review! We're so glad you found the site easy to use and checkout a breeze, and that you're loving the product. You're right that the delivery ran a bit longer than we'd like at 15 days, so we appreciate your patience there, and we're glad we could at least keep you updated throughout. Proactive communication matters to us, especially when timing runs long, so thank you for noticing. We'd love to have you order again!

The colors of the polo shirts are disgusting and the quality is absolutely horrible. I will not be wearing these at all
