Help with a chargeback
I received an email notice of a chargeback, and was unfamiliar with what this meant and what I should do. I called the Chargeback Processing Center, and learned everything I needed to know in a few minutes!

The only real problem I have had was…
The only real problem I have had was the ability to raise our monthly limit. I called two different times and was told that it was under review and never received a call back. The other problem, small one, is when we enter a transaction, it defaults to authorization rather than sales, we would prefer sales.

Thank you for your review! Please allow me to look into the volume increase for you and see what can be done. We will contact you personally. Regarding Authorizations, this is a setting within your gateway and you will just need to login to your gateway any make that change. Pricing is great
Pricing is great, customer service excellent. My inside rep, Sherry Friley, is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any issues I may have (which are few). On top of that she seems very nice and makes it a pleasure to deal with her.

Thank you for the excellent review. Merchant Focus has dedicated Account Managers for all of our merchants and personally assist our merchants whenever needed. This is what sets us apart from other Credit Card Processors.

I find this service to be very good
I find this service to be very good, customer relations are there and helpful. But because my clients are $495 and above, they use mostly American Express. This means I am left out of mobile card service as it requires minimum of Visa/MC charges, even though they offer an American Express gift card for signing up!
