Sherry Friley once again really helped us track down a missing deposit. She was right on top of it and had an idea as to what happened and got it fixed. Since I met Sherry she has always been extremely helpful and pleasure to work with.

Drew has been a dream to work with. Not once did I get told, no. We had some hiccups, there where some things that where not allowed due to policy, we got other options figured out and I was able to get my deposits going back again after about 5 days of staying diligent and working with me. although I 100% don't understand the point of the company in between, Drew is CERTAINLY a fantastic addition to what ever team he is on. Other's would be lucky to be led by him.

Brigitte at Merchant Focus did a great job in helping us resolve problems! She was able to get us a new card reader, help in our batches and with our credit card rates!
