Each time I have an issue with one of my gateways or processors I call Liz Walker at Merchant Focus. It is such a pleasure to have knowledgable help from a real person who knows the ins and outs of this business and Liz Walker is that person. She has helped me to solve each problem with professionalism and expediency and given the stressful nature of online banking and processing I feel blessed to have her on our team!

Please stay away from this processing company, they are evil! We have been working with them for over 5 years until I could not stand them anymore. I will list just a few reasons here 1 - they will authorize you only for a very low max amount at first. This means if you will receive an order that will exceed that value the transaction will be automatically rejected. 2 - They LOVE to hold on to YOUR money. After your daily batch out with the third-party gateway service, for which YOU will have to pay, of course, they hold your money for up to 5 business days. Basically, it takes anywhere between 7 to 10 days until the money will hit your bank account. 3 - Chargebacks are a NIGHTMARE. They only accept chargebacks via FAX. Yes, you have heard correctly, FAX machine. Gear up, you will need one. 4 - Once you will decide to move away from them they can hold on to your money for up to 270 days. In our case, we have $10k which has been held for over 3 months. They will come up with many excuses. Bottom line is if you decide to leave be prepared to kiss goodbye the money they have in their possession, at least for about a year. 5 - THEIR CONTRACT BINDS YOU PERSONALLY. NO MATTER IF YOU RUN AN LLC, THEY WILL COME AFTER YOU AS AN INDIVIDUAL. "As a primary inducement to EVO and Bank to enter into this Agreement, the undersigned Guarantor(s), by signing this Agreement, jointly and severally, unconditionally and irrevocably, personally guarantee the continuing full and faithful performance and payment by Merchant of each of its duties and obligations to EVO and Bank under this Agreement or any other agreement currently in effect or in the future entered into between Merchant or its principals and EVO and Bank, as such agreements now exist or are amended from time to time, with or without notice. Guarantor(s) understands further that EVO and Bank may proceed directly against Guarantor(s) without first exhausting their remedies against any other person or entity responsible to it or any security held by EVO and Bank or Merchant. Guarantor(s) waive trial by jury with respect to any litigation arising out of or relating to this personal guaranty. This guaranty will not be discharged or affected by the death of the undersigned, will bind all heirs, administrators, representatives and assigns, and may be enforced by or for the benefit of any successor of EVO and Bank. Guarantor(s) understand that the inducement to EVO and Bank to enter into this agreement is a consideration for the guaranty and that this guaranty remains in full force and effect even if the Guarantor(s) receive no additional benefit from the guaranty. Guarantors acknowledge the Investigative Consumer Report section in Acknowledgement above applies with full force and effect to each Guarantor(s) signing below." CONCLUSION - PLEASE STAY AWAY

Merchant Focus helps us process our transactions seamlessly to allow for online club event registration and entry fees. Liz helped us tremendously, especially to transfer banks and club officers securely and safely. You can tell attention to security is very high and that's a relief!
