I was very pleased with my experience at Mercer. Great work in the showroom followed by visits to the house to help narrow down the choices. Both carpet and hardwood look great. They were very flexible with timing of the installations. The crews that did the install were excellent!

I was happy with the installation. The customer service was problematic. The sales person emailed me after hours instead of calling me to explain why my order was delayed. When I expressed dismay at being emailed instead of called, he emailed me again instead of calling. This seemed like a strange approach for sales. The carpet looks different than the sample I borrowed before ordering, but it's not a big deal. The important thing is that it was installed correctly and seems like a quality product.
