Great product and valve for your money. My exercise bike was delivered in a timely manner and was well packed so it arrived in excellent condition. Assembly was easy and quick(about 1 hr) although I'm 75 +. Already getting benefits from exercising.

Checked in with customer service for eta updates and they helped me so professionally. I had no issue waiting for this item and now I love it and use it twice a day. I will be a long time user of this vibration plate, it has helped tremendously

We use the vibration plate daily. It makes a difference. We had a little issue with the unit, but Vega from Merach was very responsive resolved the issue quickly.

I emailed a request for a return and it took quite awhile to get a response. It would have been better if there was an easier way to return items. Also the only option to return was to pay for shipping myself which I felt also could have been sent and paid for by the company instead of myself.
