The process to procure a cat sitter was good. There was a delay in the Internet to responses to my questions, but not to worry too much. It was easy to engage Lillian and submit the payment. This was my first time having a cat sitter. If I need your service again, for sure I will help with the process and have a better process during the cat sitter. Otherwise, all good. We all liked Lillian.
