Very professional and great service

Really love how easy it was to find and schedule a cat sitter. I feel good about my choice and already plan to use them again!

Crystal was excellent and an animal lover by heart. We were flexible on feeding times, so she arrived at a decent time and made sure the responsibilities were taken care of in a timely manner. We look forward to requesting Crystal again, if need be. We have been with Meowtel for several years now and like the direction the company is going with all the improvements implemented so far. Keep up the good job of providing excellent pet care when people are away from their home. Great service to the pet community!

This was my first time ever using a service like this and I’d definitely use it again. It was super easy to navigate the process of making a reservation, to meeting my sitter and anything in between. My sitter, Leeanna was incredible! She was soo communicative with me while I was out of town. Always letting me know when she was heading, would send pics & videos, as well as let me know what she did while she was there. Thank you soo much Meowtel & Leeanna !

I've used several Meowtel sitters and they were all top notch. The customer service is also excellent. I had several occasions where I needed to make changes to my reservations and they handled each situation quickly and efficiently.

There is no one better to watch your fur babies! I can honestly say that Sonya and Carlos are the two most amazing cat people I've ever met!! They are truly passionate about Meowtel and what they do. I have had both Sonya, Carlos and two of their other employees (Audra and Lisz) and I was thoroughly and literally wowed each time. They go above and beyond, making sure there is plenty of playtime and snuggle time. I usually do overnight stays because when I need a sitter I'm usually out of the country for a week or more at a time. Each sitter, whether boss lady Sonya or Carlos or their employees, was extremely respectful of my home and even go as far as to clean and do laundry before they leave! The transitions were always seamless, I would simply leave a key under the door mat when I left and they would do the same when they left. Tomato was always an extremely happy kitty when they were around, the proof was in the multiple daily photos they would send me showing her at play or lounging in their laps or on their laptops. Haha I would highly recommend Meowtel to anyone who is traveling or simply need someone to check in on their kitties while theyre gone for a day or two. There is nothing in the world that beats the comfort in knowing your fur babies are happy and taken care of when youre away from home. I trust them completely. <3 Thank you guys so much!!
