The biggest problem with the black pad is it doesn’t stay in place and they sometimes fall out. They should have a Velcro attachment,

After using pads for 6 years after my prostatectomy I thought it time to try incontinence underwear. The first brand I tried was not successful - only dealt with very minor leaks. Menvault have worked very well for me. I can get through a full day confident of no leaks. I have also had excellent service from Michael to ensure I get the right product for me.
