Hey Alan, Thanks for your review! Really glad to hear the briefs are doing a great job absorbing moisture. We appreciate the feedback about the pads moving around. We've sent you an email with some questions and advice on how to position the pads properly to help prevent them from shifting out of place. Looking forward to hearing from you. Hi Peter, Thank you for your review. I can see from our email exchange that your order #MV8583 was placed for size S, as shown in your order confirmation from March 28th. This is the size we shipped based on your checkout selection. After you contacted us, we offered to send you size 4XL at no charge as a goodwill gesture. You've confirmed you'd like Black. Since there was no error on our side and we've resolved this for you, we'd appreciate it if you could reconsider your review. Best regards, Ben - Customer Satisfaction Manager Menvault
