The thickness comes from the multi-layer absorbent panel needed for leak protection, which is inherent to how incontinence briefs work. Once the 3 sealed pairs arrive and pass our hygiene inspection, your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days. For the record, we did offer a full refund on the four unopened pairs through our standard return process, alongside a partial refund that let you keep everything without shipping anything back.
