They have been good so far but a little heavy in the hot weather. The insertable pad needs a little redesign. It moves around a bit and sometimes falls out when underwear is pulled down. would be nice if you have a opening at the top to drop in instead from the side or a velcro strip to keep in place. Otherwise a improvement on the ones I have been using.

Looks the goods, was disappointed no fly, guess I'm a fly guy. Have given them a dry run and find them comfortable. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt.

The extra pad does not stay well. I have to use a c-Clamp to keep from losing it. Maybe a full top load pocket to hold it? The back sections are a little too bulky AND rather uncomfortable to sit on. My purchase has led to an unbearable increase in my phone pop-up advertising that I cannot seem to get rid of.

So now that I Had a chance to wear them. I don't like them. They feel like I am wearing a diaper not underwear. Too bulky. As I said before. So far Confitex has been the best but they no longer sell Confitex online so I don't know what to do. I will not keep Wearing the menvault since to me not comfortable and crazy wash instructions too. Sorry

I hear you that the bulkier feel isn't for everyone; the layers that add that structure are also what does the protecting, so it's a real trade-off and a fair one to land on either side of. Arrived sooner than expected. Stood up to 11,000 steps in a day. Washing hint. Wearing them into shower and wash them then hang them. The helps avoid the smell if you don’t wash the everyday. Then wash them in machine per instructions. Hint on drying. Hang to dry but remember to turn them inside out and then normal. If you don’t, you’ll be dry but you clothes will get wet from side you didn’t dry.
