My husband has dementia and was experiencing some leaking several times a day but he still has enough mind he would not wear pull-ups so these boxers saved the day I was so grateful thank you so much for a very good product

Good but: A major improvement would be a way to hold the small separate pad in place. It keeps falling out, but a size medium would definitely be too small.

Like all on the market, these do not work as well as advertised. If you're a light leaker, they're fine but then just use a light pad you can easily change while out. They have the right idea with a pad for extra leaks, but it does not stay in place and it's just fabric so does not hold much. I'd love a washable pad that was actually absorbent so I could put the used in a washable bag and change to a fresh one easily. I prefer not to throw single use stuff away to a landfill. That said, customer service is amazing. Replied right way, tried to help me find a solution and sent my feedback to R&D to help improve the product. Gave me a discount since product was used and not eligible for return and genuinely wished me success in finding a product that works. I'm hopeful they find a good option for those of us who are not light leakers.
