The quality of the finished book is nice. The freedom to choose text and cover colors is a good option.

Top notch customer service. A family member has AD and forgot she has a subscription. The company helped us work it out. Super responsive and very impressed with the ease of the experience!

We had great customer service trying to finish our book. We got several extensions to edit stories and put in our pictures. Quick email responses helped us continue the process when we had some editing problems. We had to keep shifting from the edit mode to the printed page mode and that seemed time consuming. We absolutely loved the book and appreciate the help when needed. Thank you.

Joann, thank you so much for the kind words and for your patience throughout the process! We are so glad our team could be there with quick responses whenever you needed help, and that extensions gave you the time to get everything just right. We also appreciate the feedback about switching between edit and preview modes; that is exactly the kind of thing that helps us keep improving the experience. We are so happy you loved the finished book and hope your family treasures it for years to come! With Gratitude, The Memorygram Team

I was so excited to get the opportunity to create my very own book filled with my favorite memories. I received this gift from our daughters. I honored my husband, daughters, grandchildren, parents, siblings and friends with stories and pictures of my life’s memories. I absolutely love how it turned out! The hard-copy book is professionally assembled with clear pictures that I chose. The pages are a wonderful grade that won’t tear easily. I cannot put into words the joy this has given me. It’s a keepsake that I will treasure forever. ❤️

We are so glad the finished product brought you that kind of joy and that you will treasure it forever. Thank you so much for sharing this with us! With Gratitude, The Memorygram Team

In the beginning since I am not too keen on technolog but it became easier as I continue on. The spell check help. Photos I struggle but my husband assisted me. The end result was great, and my children and grandchildren have a much better understanding of my life. They all are reading and enjoying the stories and pics.

Diane, this is so wonderful to hear! Pushing through the learning curve and ending up with something your children and grandchildren are already reading and enjoying together is the most beautiful outcome we could hope for. And how sweet that your husband was right there helping along the way. Thank you so much for trusting Memorygram with your life story! With Gratitude, The Memorygram Team

I'm almost halfway through the year managing a shared MemoryGram book for my parents. It started as an absolute hassle and Customer Service was impossible to get ahold of and mostly unhelpful when I did. After posting a one star review here, they have been very helpful and receptive and seem to have solved the early technical issues this account/book was having. I’m looking forward to now hopefully seeing this project to completion with their help (was ready to scrap and ask for a refund) and - upon receiving the final product at year’s end - I hope to bump this review up to at least 4 stars.
