I had a very hard time logging in and called tech support. To my immense delight I actually spoke to an American who was extremely helpful and did everything for me, including setting up the phone call with doctor. Dr called me back approximately 10 minutes later and prescribed necessary medication. This truly was a great experience from start to finish.

great out of the gate and called me quickly but I have still not gotten better, condition is worse and I have called and left a couple messages asking for help and consult and no calls back whatsoever

I was pleasantly surprised with how quick I received a call once I entered my request online. Great customer service! Also, great to talk with a doctor that I knew was asking the right questions of me because I had my symptoms in the past and didn't want to spend the time or money to go to an office. I will definitely use again, if I need it.

This was my first time with online medical care. They were helpful and tried to ask yes and no questions to conserve my voice too. My only trouble was I had not received a code to ensure I would only pay 25.00. However, when I talked (as best I could) with the first person she was able to fix the problem and said I would be refunded the money I was charged extra. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend them.
