I ask for a prescription refill for a cream I have used over a year to fight psoriasis on my hands. The first call I received verified my medical information and she told me that it may or may not be the exact prescription. Well, it was not the same. It was also much smaller than the original prescription with only 1 refill. I was told it would be a 90 day supply. It will only last 2 weeks and the psoriasis is worse than when I started using the cream. Lesson well learned. Do not continue if the prescription is not the same as you are needing. Verify what you will need for 90 days

The doctor was very professional and polite. He asked specific questions relevant to my medical issue and was courteous and sincere. Completed the call and with the diagnosis and meds, was feeling better in a couple of days! 5 stars for this program.
