Great and fast responses

I appreciate that I was able to renew my prescription but it was only renewed for a month and I was on the phone for less than 5 minites. The person I spoke with didn't introduce themselves or give me their name, or qualifications and was not very cordial. I did get what I absolutely needed but I was also disappointed with the service.

I needed to get refills on my meds, and the process was easy once my profile in the app was setup. The doctor was able to Facetime me, confirm my medicine and the number of refills I needed, all from the MeMD app. My refills were ready as soon as the pharmacy opened the next day.

I’ve always been pretty happy in the past this last time I explained my symptoms dr said it was viral even thought I explained my ears hurt and this lasted. I ended up paying to go to central care one day after paying for MeMD service and was told I had a dx of ear infection and bronchitis. Really wish the dr at MeMD would have listened to me when I said I needed prednisone and antibiotics I will probabily just go right to central care the next time and save the 57.00

I needed a Rx refilled. My PCP had a 3 week wait for an appointment. CVS Min Clinic and local Urgent Cares don't refill existing Rx's. MeMD came through in the clutch. The process was super easy & the MD I s/w has genuinely helpful. From registration to completion the whole thing took less than 20 minutes. MeMD is not only a Home Run, but a Grand Slam!

If you don’t have insurance and you have something u can diagnose yourself it’s perfect. I’m very happy
