I have used MeMD twice now and both times have met or exceeded my expectations. It saved me trips to urgent care when my primary care doctor couldn't fit me in or I was out of town. The coordinator contacted me immediately and the provider soon after. It was a quick conversation and for something I knew, as an RN for 27 years, I needed a prescription for. They called it in and in a few hours I had the medication. Worth the minimal cost for the convenience and to not waste the time of urgent care or ER personnel for something not emergent.

Waited over 2 hours for Doctor after being told it would be 15-30 minutes. I finally called and requested another doctor. The new doctor called immediately buy my prescription wasn't called in until the next day. I have used this service 3 times over the past 2 years for medication refills while traveling and had issues 2 of the 3 times. It is convenient in theory but the putting into practice part needs some work.

Last visit I had doctor made prescription error and confused pharmacy..i was able to chat with support who helped resolve the issue quickly. Being in pain waiting at pharmacy for an hour was not idle but the support time resolved issue without me having to call them just chatted on the messenging part of the app My receipt exam yesterday doctor called within 6 mins of my check in online, prescription was send over and ready within 15 mins! So thankful for this option

I love using MeMD. They move very quickly. My prescription was ready for pick up in no time. This service really saves me on medical fees because I have no insurance. I also like the fact that I can get help from the comfort of my own home. Thank GOD for online doctors!!
