Called at 11pm asking if it was open. Representative Kristin said yes. No doctor ever called in the first hour. I called her back a few times finally she said she'd just "put me thru to the provider". I waited on hold till I got disconnected. Called back again Kristin said she'll just find another provider but it may take 20 to 30 minutes. Another hour later I called her back and she said all this time she's been "reaching out to providers" but didn't have anyone yet. At 1am I gave up. Wasted 2 hours for nothing and I need to wake up in 5 hours for work. Told her I would have preferred to have been told she didn't have anyone and to call back in the morning. Totally upsetting.

I would definitely use them again in those instances when I can’t see my regular primary physician. Dr. Grubbs was quick to respond, extremely professional and his medical knowledge was clear even on the telephone. His compassion for my situation that exacerbated my need for medication to avoid being contagious to my frail mother, was appreciated. He quickly called in my prescription and uploaded his report with my diagnosis just as quickly. I will definitely recommend them to others and in fact already have.

Excellent experience data gathering professional and concise. Health professional courteous knowledgeable probing and directly helpful, I was very satisfied with there assistance. I might add I was extremely impressed when a few days later I received a call from me I'm office asking if I was feeling better and did I need any more assistance. Overall an excellent experience.

Was curious about how this would go, and had a good experience. Great interaction with the doctor, and he got me all fixed up. Very happy.

My conference call only about 15 minutes. I got the prescription I needed and did not have to miss work for something minor.

Just love them . The call back is prompt . They really listen to you and get you back feeling well in no time based on your needs . This is so much better than the wait at a Drs office when you have a non critical need .
