Wow! I was impressed. The time it took to log in my concerns to the time I was speaking with a doctor was minimal. The best part was that the doctor listened and responded. Or maybe the best part was that there was no waiting room full of germs to get more sick while trying to get well! It was a wonderful experience, less than half the price of a walk in clinic and one tenth the time for great care!

The scheduling rep and the physician were polite, helpful, and efficient. My one problem was that the inhaler prescribed was FAR too expensive and I couldn't find a way to contact MeMD to check on getting a different scrip and pharmacy. (The website is sparse). Result? The antibiotics worked, but I still have some breathing difficulties.

It was a Saturday afternoon when I decided to use MeMD instead of going to urgent care. It was a huge waste of my money and time. I was told that a doctor would call me in 30 minutes and about 45-50 minutes later she called. The Doctor I spoke with sounded like she was at lunch in an outdoor restaurant with her girlfriends who were laughing and talking in the background. The doctor was distracted and not really listening to anything that I said. She asked ME how she should diagnose my issue and I was flabbergasted. She ended up telling me I should go to Urgent Care.

If your confused as to what services they can provide call and they will let you know what they are allowed to do legally. If you require a new prescription by law you have to go IN to a doctor for that prescription. I needed an existing prescription refilled and that is exactly what I got, the cost was fair in comparison to the 20 $ copay and the 30% office visit I would have paid to get the same service minus the ease of doing this from home. If your addicted to opiates get help, don't try to find ways to feed your addiction. Its not your fault, your sick and people can help you get through this.
