MeMDReviews of memd.me

Awesome experience. Super-fast response time and turn-around - my consultants were very knowledgeable and helpful and thorough. This service was SO convenient for me because I live in the country and a trip to town for the same consulting is a 3 hour minimum chunk out of my day. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience. I am enrolled in a health plan that offers video visits but I was out of state and they weren't licensed to offer services in the state I was residing. I didn't want to have to go into urgent care and found MeMD and decided to give it a try. They explained the process prior to connecting me with a provider. When the provider and I were having technical issues with being able to see each other they worked through it and called me back until it was resolved. It was super affordable, as far as I am concerned, and well worth the convenience even if I am not able to get reimbursed by my insurance. I have already recommended MeMD to two other people in the last week

This has been such a helpful app! I even had to use it on my wedding day!! The doctor was very helpful, efficient, and answered all my questions. I've been telling my friends about this and am so glad that I know I have help when needed in the palm of my hand.

It was fast to find a doctor in my area, the doctor said he was gonna prescribe me a couple of prescriptions and he was gonna call them in at the pharmacy and when I called to check on them later that evening the pharmacist hadn’t even received anything for me so I had to call back to ask them how long it was gonna take she had to call the doctor to see what was going on and she called me back to let me know she was gonna call it in, thank god I asked her about the prescriptions he was gonna call in for me cause one of them she didn’t know anything about so she had to call the doctor back to confirm that I wasn’t lieing so finally they got it right but it wasn’t until the next day that I could get my medicine.

Really like this service! Professional, Quick and easy. The cost here, saves alot of money.

I called MeMD on a Saturday night around 11pm with concerns with swelling in my middle finger on my right (dominant) hand as a result of an accident playing with my dog four days before. A Nurse Practioner called me back in less than 2 minutes after a call from the MeMD care coordinator. I explained the issue and she gave me her concerns regarding the reason for the swelling. There are several tendons in the hand and they run up into your fingers. If these get infected, there can be serious consequences including loss of the infected finger or loss of use of the hand. She strongly recommended that I go to the ER and have it examined in person immediately, which I did. Turns out that my problem was exactly as she diagnosed and I was immediately put on IV antibiotics and admitted to the hospital. I had surgery the following morning to clean out the infection. The ER doc said it was the exact right thing to do to come into the ER when I did. I’m very thankful to MeMD for such prompt and excellent service. I highly recommend them as they can provide timely and accurate advise, even in those instances like mine where it ended up requiring more extensive measures. MeMD were the ones who got me to the hospital and prevented a possibly worse outcome.

The doctors didn’t give me enough antibiotics and I still have the cough!

The convenience alone is worth it . I was only 10sec on phone with doctor I know they are busy but that was odd.
