So quick and convenient. My health concern occurred on a Friday before Easter and Passover, so I was not able to get to my PCP. The doctor was wonderful, helpful and willingling to listen to my needs and concerns.

Wonderful experience! I received a callback very quickly, physician was very nice and professional. When there was a problem calling in my prescription to a new pharmacy they quickly helped me find a different one and followed up to make sure everything went ok.

Promptly called back. Listened patiently to my symptoms. Then promptly called in a prescription request. Very professional

The service was pretty quick. I always dread sitting in waiting rooms--good place to catch a bug. I was given a prescription for a UTI. Would have liked to have had a urine culture done. I didn't think to ask for it at the time.

The dr consultation was a bit slow due to lack of weekend TX dr’s on call - no fault to MeMD - however they kept me updated every mile until the dr called. System also went down so had to call back to inquire on prescription being submitted to pharmacy; however, they again provided a prompt resolution with follow up. Would use MeMD again.

If I could rate "0" stars, I would... this company lies to you about speaking with a Doctor... a nurse practitioner called me and I couldn't even understand her with her kids crying and fighting with each other in the background... she was very unprofessional and seriously just downright rude... I was trying to get an Rx re-filled and she only prescribed 25% of my normal re-fill... I would not recommend using this online service at all😒

Absolutely This is best way to talk to a Doctor ! Everything from start to finish was great , the chat feature on the website helped so much also , everyone was caring . I’ve already recommended the service to 3 friends .
