The experience was very easy and everyone I spoke with was very professional. I appreciate the service and not having to go out to a doctors office.

Not good
I told that I preferida video call but it was 4 minutes of a phone call. The doctor talked to fast and didn’t answer properly my questions.

MeMD Rocks My Socks Off!
MeMD is awesome, I typically know whats going on with myself and do not need to go into a clinic and spend $150 for what I can get at more than half that price in way less time. I hop on, give my symptoms, a doctor calls ten minutes later and a prescription for my needs is sent to my pharmacist! Why risk catching more there, it is so unbelievably simple and cheap! Do it!!!

Evaluation was quick and very general. Felt like I was talking to just anyone, not a real doctor.

While I understand that call volumes…
While I understand that call volumes are very high right now but I didn’t receive a call for 8 hours from the scheduled time from the doctor. I did receive two calls from service reps who were nice but I’m still not sure why they said my copay was raised to $67. The doctor was great.

Very quick response from a friendly & knowledgeable doctor. Took care of everything I needed & send my Rx's into the pharmacy immediately after the call. Great experience. Will definitely use again if needed.
