MemberPress has simply made my life better with it's built in drip feed function!

MemberPress has made creating my membership website and courses the easiest thing to set up. Especially for someone who isn't as up to date on how to set up a website on my own. I am really happy with all the features MemberPress offers. I was looking for the drip content feature and that's super hard to find but MemberPress offers it along with a great course creation platform. They also provide great customer service! Whenever I needed help setting up my pages they were super prompt and detailed in their response to help me solve my problem. I am so happy and thankful for MemberPress!

We really like Memberpress because it easily integrates with our website and all the features are customisable to run and blend with our website design. It is easy to set up different memberships and member types so we can design and customise our membership site to suit our customers and what they want and change it whenever we want to. The payment gateway setup is easy and we are able to use all the leading payment methods giving our customers the freedom to choose how they want to pay. The finished result on our website delivers a professional membership site that looks good, is easy to use for our customers and we can run and have complete control over it ourselves. Our main frustration with Memberpress is that it doesn't have the facility to build and run a video membership site within it. In order for us to be able to deliver this using Memberpress, as our membership software, we have had to integrate a separate video gallery and run within its limitations. We have been working with Memberpress for a number of years now and our overall experience has been excellent. The team at Memberpress is always willing to help with any technical issues and they are constantly upgrading their product and adding to it to make it better and easier to use. Memberpress really is the best solution for a membership site.

This is the only tool you need to manage your subscribers or members. It has a little bit stiff learning curve but once you pass that, things become fun to manage.

Edit: Memberpress are trying their hardest to have this review removed. It has been edited umpteen times but it stands firm as the only things here are facts. It's very important to note that the subscription model has changed. Once your subscription runs out, memberpress locks you out of the memberpress dashboard until you reactivate it by renewing your subscription. I am copy/pasting from their own website to mitigate this being taken down again. --- What happens when my subscription ends? You enter a grace period where MemberPress will still operate as usual. After the grace period ends: You won’t have access to any of the MemberPress admin screens. ---- In more detail: Everyone should be aware that the subscription model has changed from previous versions of Memberpress since the company was brought out. Previously the plugin would work like almost all other Wordpress plugins in as much as the the software is released under a GNU Public License and the fee you pay is effectively for 12 months of plugin updates & customer support. With this model, if you didn't renew a subscription, your plugin would still work perfectly well, it was just outside the support and update contract. Memberpress on the other hand have changed the way they want to work, and now, once your 12 month subscription is up, the plugin will lock you out of the Memberpress dashboard options so you can no-longer manage any of your memberships; you are completely and totally locked out from accessing your own data. The ONLY way to keep using the plugin fully is to keep paying whatever fee they ask for which will unlock your dashboard for another 12 months. My advice is to avoid at all cost, this is unethical and goes against the spirit of open source Wordpress plug-in development which traditionally requests payment for support and security updates - it is not forced payment. If your business relies on memberpress they can effectively force you to pay whatever fee they come up with to retain full functionality of your website. Google "Memberpress locked out" for more on this within the Wordpress community... My advice is to buy similar plugins from marketplaces who offer LIFETIME updates. **Edit June 14 - 2024** It's been 2 years and Memberpress are STILL trying to get this review removed. I have had to remove the name of the competitor who sells a similar plugin but who will not lock you out the second your membership expires.

For a relatively inexpensive WordPress plugin, it's really easy to use and the team are always improving it. When we first started using MemberPress, the ability to upload protected files for specific membership tiers was something that had to be done in a roundabout and not user-friendly way. The MemberPress team have since added an intuitive and super simple way to easily add files and it's made our job much easier!

I setup my membership site with Wordpress and Memberpress, It was easier of what I expected. And the plugin even take care of payments and mailing to my subscribers.
