So pleased with MemberPress and the support they offer! The platform is wonderfully extensive (but not overwhelming) and simple to customize to your liking with some knowledge WordPress development. Support is always prompt and professional when answering emails (Sinisa is my typical response agent). They go above and beyond to answer my questions – whether it's something simple I need help with or a more complex problem I'm trying to solve.

Excellent support and service from Sinisa and a great plug in.

My issue was quickly responded to, and after going through their chat it became evident that I needed more specific support. Again, quickly responded to; following this, I had further questions to clarify my understanding, which were answered and communicated clearly. Brilliant.

MemberPress is a solid and reliable membership plugin for WordPress. It is well-structured, flexible, and clearly built with real projects in mind. The core features cover everything needed to manage subscriptions, payments, and access rules without unnecessary complexity. From a developer perspective, it integrates cleanly with WordPress, offers useful hooks, and scales well as the site grows. Support documentation is clear, and when needed, the support team provides accurate and professional guidance. Overall, a mature and trustworthy solution for building serious membership-based websites.

I have been a MemberPress customer for over 10 years. MemberPress drives my membership site, as well as funnelling content into my mobile app. The Corporate add-on is amazing and allows clubs around the world to grant their own members access to my premium content. The support team have always been outstanding – fast replies that are personalised, so you can chat back with the same person, who is consistently helpful.

I've used memberpress for years as the monetization engine of my subscription-based service. It democratizes what was once a complex and custom set of functions into a WordPress plugin. The support is always great too - they're responsive to my pestering questions, including a ticket that was just resolved yesterday. A solid operation overall.

Kids Guitar Academy has been using MemberPress for ten years and it is the backbone of our business. MemberPress offers the reliability and flexibility that anyone could hope for in a membership plugin. In ten years I have only had to reach out to customer support a couple of times. My recent support ticket was handled by Sam who did an amazing job helping me to troubleshoot an issue on our site. His promptness, expertise, and overall friendly service was very much appreciated. I highly recommend MemberPress to anyone looking for a solid membership solution for their wordpress website!

Desmond was great and really went over and beyond. I had many personal experiences that made it difficult to get back with Desmond but he was kind, curious and understanding. I would work with Desmond again, thanks 🙏
