Machine stopped working in 2 months but customer service got back to me within that same night once I did the feedback on the machine! Very helpful and made me feel amazing. They generously will send me a new one. Will keep an update when it arrives and how it goes

Bought a couple of efile from Melody Susie and the customers service is great responded almost straight away. And sending me a replacement. Would definitely buy again as they are the best for quality and price.

I do not write many reviews, but when I do it's because I'm blown away by something in my experience. I purchased a Jade nail drill and after the second battery charge, the unit would not turn on. Even though I was disappointed, I am no longer because MelodySusie customer service is OUTSTANDING. I wrote to explain my issue, received a quick response asking for a video and once that was provided, my new drill was being shipped. I am thoroughly impressed by their customer care. I have since bought another (backup) drill and will definitely be purchasing more products from this wonderful company.
