I had bought the Jade Plus Rechargeable Nail Drill in June 2023, it had started to short out and stop working while turned on. I knew it was the hand piece so I had reached out to Customer Service and they very quickly responded and sent out a new hand piece immediately! They made sure I had received the package and it even arrived in about a week with no issues. I’ve also purchased their drill bits and even after a year, their safety carbide bits have not dulled as much as Amazon brands have and still are a daily use for me! Definitely worth every penny and they will take care of anything you need! ( The drill is also probably one of the quietest drills i’ve used in the past 3 years, even my coworkers are amazed at how you can’t hear any buzzing)

I had purchased the 2 in 1 e-file and dust collector some time ago. My e-file stopped working properly so I contacted the MelodySusie customer support. They were so helpful and prompt to resolve my issue! Within 3 days of me contacting them to see if I could purchase just the e-file to them sending me the replacement e-file (only asking to pay for shipping) on my door step was what I call excellent customer service! I will definitely tell my friends about this wonderful experience and continue to support the company.

I took a lot of time to research all the different brands and products before purchasing a nail drill. I have had the absolute best customer service experience with Melody Susie and so happy I chose to buy from this company. Shortly after buying my drill I had accidentally dropped my drill and broke the hand piece. I reached out to customer service for help and they handled my problem so fast! Prompt responses and sent me a new hand drill within two weeks. Great service!

Definitely a 5🌟 experience. I emailed that my hand drill was malfunctioning. I was asked to send video proof, I did. A new drill was sent out within 24hrs.
