So I recently purchased and item from Melinda Maria. I was very excited and couldn’t wait to receive my necklace. It took more than a month to process this order, but I figured for something that was engraved it was understandable. What a huge disappointment when I received the item… It was supposed to be gold toned (in color) …. Sorry to say it is not. Very disappointing as I am unable to return it because it is engraved…. Looks more silver than it does gold… If your looking to purchase save your money and take it elsewhere. They are over priced for what you get …

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!! Paid for three items that I have not received and it’s been several months. I have emailed several times and continuously keep getting a runaround about the process getting sent over to another department and getting the matter resolved and yet I never get any response. I don’t get my items. I’m about ready to pursue a dispute on the payment end of this situation.

Hi: I order form this Seller in July 12; the status still says unfulfilled. I chat with an agent and say that they don't know when they will ship. No reponse, no email nothing from them; but my credit card was charged in an instant.

I have bought multiple items from Melinda Maria. This review is solely based on shipping and not the product itself. Shipping takes forever and the shipping carrier that they use has left my packages at the incorrect house although I have called and they replaced it again. They have sent it to the wrong address and I need to call again. I really wish they used a more reliable shipping source.

Holy sh*t I've never ordered something that takes this long to ship, especially from a U.S. based company. For context, I ordered my jewelry from Melinda Maria ELEVEN DAYS AGO, and it took SIX business days to even process my order ??? I emailed costumer service asking why my order is taking more than a week to process and I was met with no helpful information besides that this is "standard shipping practices." Six days to process an order is 'standard practice'? Don't think so. By the time my order is FINALLLY processed, it takes another 2 days to even begin shipment. Now that it's finally shipped, I may get it next week, I may not. I'm just flabbergasted by the fact that it takes more than 48 hours to process an order, THAT should be standard practice especially for a U.S. based company. So disappointed in the lack of urgency with this brand. And honestly, I don't want the brand to reach out to me to make this right. I just hope they take a look at all of the reviews on this page, understand that everyone has complained about shipping, and do better for your company. You sell absolutely beautiful products for a fair price point, do your company a favor and reorganize your shipping structures. You have so much opportunity and potential.

I ordered a necklace on July 2. The tracking information says a label was created on July 6. when I called on July 10, I was told I had to wait. I was told that shipping information gets updated when the next stop receives the item then they update the tracking information. It is July 13 and I made another phone call only to be told that it was now considered a lost item. I was offered expedited shipment, but I bought this for a vacation that I am leaving on in two days. I asked them to overnight it, but was told I would have to absorb some of the overnight shipping costs which amounted to $50. They would pay for 20 of that and I would pay the rest. Very unhappy with the service. however, the agents were all very pleasant to deal with. The item was lost on their end with their affiliate. I feel they should have honored the overnight costs and shipped me the merchandise that I had already paid for.

Ordered May 22 said would ship June22, the new date July 8. No one from MELINDA MELINDA JEWELRY let me know of changes. To this date still no jewelery shipped ,alough website says available too be shipped. No one gives you straight answers or help. Really think about buying from this company. Now will contact CC to get money back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I received a Love Letters Medallions as a gift and was impressed enough to purchase two additional medallions, each with custom engraving. One arrived correctly engraved, but the second did not, despite the engraving being clearly listed on my order. This error alone was deeply disappointing, as the medallion was intended to be a very special gift. However, what has been even more concerning is the absence of any response from the customer service team. I have called and left multiple messages and have also sent two emails to the address listed on the web site. When I "live" chatted, AI chat bot told me a human agent would be joining the chat in a few minutes. That was almost an hour ago. To date, I have received no acknowledgment, no update, and no resolution. This level of customer service is unacceptable. UPDATE 07/14/26: After posting the review on Trustpilot, Marcos reached out to me directly through the chat. He requested photos of the medallion, which I provided, and he immediately processed a replacement order. Within 24 hours, I received confirmation that a new medallion had been engraved, completed, and shipped via FedEx.
